There are many free techniques which you can use to prevent premature ejaculation. If you can master these techniques, not only you are on your way to achieving “premature ejaculation free” status, you would also break your own erection record like never before! The best part is, you need not spend a fortune to learn all these techniques. In fact, most of these techniques can be learnt and practiced for free!
#1 – The Start and Stop Technique
This “start and stop” method has helped many to prevent premature ejaculation. It can be applied for masturbation, oral sex as well as intercourse.
What to be done here is to start stimulating the man either by masturbation, thrusting or oral sex. When he is nearing climax, stop the stimulation. Allow the man to relax and start the stipulation again after his urgent need to ejaculate goes away.
Repeat this for several times until the man gets a better ejaculatory control and know how to stop when reaching a “point of no return”.
#2 – Squeezing Technique
This technique is involves the man or his female partner squeezing or place a fairly firm hold on the tip or base of the man’s penis before ejaculation. This decreases the amount of blood flow to the penis, and helps to prevent premature ejaculation.
#3 – Press your “panic button”
Little known to many, there is actually a “nature” panic button in every man which can be used to prevent premature ejaculation. This button is a duct lies between the scroum and the anus. When you feel like ejaculating, have yourself or your partner press the button with their fingers and you can often stop the ejaculation before its too late.
#4 – Control your pelvic muscle
Controlling the pubococcygeus muscle is another way of stopping premature ejaculation. Pelvic muscle is the muscle we use to stop ourselves from urinating midstream. Train the muscle. Contract that muscle at least ten times a day to enhance your ability to control it. Pelvic muscle training is rather easy to do and you can actually do it anytime anywhere without being “caught” of doing it.
#5 – Ejaculate during second time round
It is a well-known fact that men usually take a longer time to ejaculate during the second time of penetration/coitus. To prevent premature ejaculation during the actual sex, you may want to masturbate and allow yourself to ejaculate first before having the second round with your female partner. If the first time was quick, try to engage in extended foreplay or oral stimulation before continuing with the second round. That would usually last you longer and helps in delaying ejaculation.
#6 – Wear your condoms
Condoms can help to reduce the stimulation during intercourse. While you may feel less pleasure or aroused with the condoms on, that is a great way to prevent premature ejaculation besides helping to prevent transmission of sexual disease.
#7 – Take long-lasting sexual position
Studies have shown that with the woman on the top of the man (female missionary) is the best way to prevent premature ejaculation and prolong an erection during intercourse. This is so because with the woman sitting on the top taking control over the sexual process, at the very least, the man is able to relax and focus on delaying ejaculation. On the other hand, the man missionary (with the man on the top) is often considered the most difficult position to stopping premature ejaculation.
Except technique #6 where you may need to spend some money to buy the condoms, the rest of the techniques that I shared with you here are all free.
